July 14, 2008 – (TUCSON, Ariz.) – – The Long Realty Companies today announced new affiliate Greg Goldshteyn has opened a franchise with the company: Long Realty – Tucson Property Management.
This marks Long’s first foray into Tucson-area property management. Long has enjoyed property management success in other markets including Sierra Vista and Mesa. Long’s Vice President of Franchise Operations, Jim Larkin, says this is a growth area for Long Realty Companies via franchises.
"This fills a wide-open hole," Larkin remarked. "Our agents have been clamoring for a property management company."
The former Long agent Goldshteyn served as a property manager with Tower Realty before becoming a licensed broker earlier this year. He then returned to Long to present his business plan for a Tucson property management company.
A native of Azerbaijan, Goldshteyn’s addition to the company’s franchise arm is a welcomed one.
"He’s young; he has a lot of energy, and he’s willing to do the things you need to do to bring quality, first-class property management to Tucson," said Larkin.
Long Realty – Tucson Property Management is located at the southeast corner of Broadway and Country Club, near Long Realty’s Central branch office.
