LONG REALTY COMPANIES CONSOLIDATES PHOENIX OPERATIONS

October 27, 2008 – TUCSON, ARIZ. – Citing exceptionally challenging market conditions, the Long Realty Companies today announced the closure of its Mesa franchise, Long Realty Alliance. Many of Long’s Southeast Valley agents from the Long’s Mesa operation will transition into Long’s other Phoenix franchise affiliate, Long Realty – The Fox Group."We are excited by the addition of these real estate professionals to our team," said Fox Group Owner Lloyd Fox.

This move will help to enhance The Fox Group’s coverage of communities stretching from North Scottsdale to Casa Grande. Currently, Long Realty – The Fox Group operates offices in Ahwatukee, Scottsdale and Maricopa, and will soon open a branch in Chandler. Fox says Long Alliance’s top-producing real estate group, The Farhat Team, will add significant experience to his roster of agents, and will allow the Fox Group to penetrate the growing Pinal County market. "We are poised to experience unprecedented growth in spite of difficult market pressures," Fox said. Long Franchise Vice President Jim Larkin echoed Fox’s comments, saying "Long Realty is doing well in Phoenix. We are proud of the growth, success and market resilience of the Fox Group, and of their contribution to our continued growth in Maricopa and Pinal counties."
