Phoenix Real estate veterans Lloyd Fox and Dave Dix have purchased the franchise and have changed the name of the office to Long realty – Camelback. Owner Dave Dix says “Lloyd and I are extremely pleased to take over the Central Long office. With this purchase, we are very fortunate to assume a very impressive group of talented and successful Realtors. Our highly strategic location and state of the art office provide us with a great opportunity to step into the new year with an aggressive plan for continued growth and success.” Long’s Camelback office will focus its growth on the north central Phoenix corridor and surrounding areas to including Biltmore, Arcadia and Paradise Valley. Lloyd Fox, who also owns Long Realty – The Fox Group in Scottsdale, says “the synergy between our Camelback and Scottsdale offices will create fresh opportunities for our agents at each location in the areas of network marketing, business growth and education. Under the leadership of our manager/broker Mike Bianchi, we expect continued growth and success at our Long Camelback office.”
