Colleen Rafferty’s career with Long Realty began in October 2002 as a Business Development Coordinator where she worked to help administer the Long Advantage marketing program. In May 2009 Colleen agreed to take on the challenging role of Coordinator for the Education Department at Long Realty.
One of Colleen’s responsibilities in this role is to coordinate the logistics of our Long Realty Academy training program for new agents. Colleen personally follows up with each agent in the program to make sure they are comfortable with the process and answer any questions they may have. Her number one priority is our agents and her focus has helped this program become a literal "wow" experience. Colleen is also if an important part of the company’s marketing and technology training system, Agent MAP. She coordinates logistics for hundreds of training classes and tracks agent feedback.
