At Long Insurance Group, top-notch service is an important part of our success and is critical for future success. We are pleased to announce a new full-time customer service representative to our team, Julie Reed. She brings with her years of experience in the insurance industry in both customer service and underwriting.

This new position is specifically designed to service our current clients, clearing the way for our Account Managers to focus on servicing our real estate professionals and mortgage consultants with new business and our Long Insurance Direct Program.
Long Insurance Group’s total premium has increased 25% since April 2010 and will continue to grow as we focus on providing insurance needs for every buyer that works with Long Companies. We offer our clients homeowners insurance, as well as automobile, boat rental and all other types of insurance.
We attribute sales growth to our agents and mortgage consultants of Long Companies. We would also like to recognize our great sales staff, Erica Oakden and Megan McCarty.
