Vito, I just wanted to explain things about our situation; I wasn't able to talk at length on the phone yesterday.  While searching for buidable lots, we discovered only two in the entire area that would meet our needs. We got very discouraged and decided the move was not for us.  We are slowly getting over that shell shock and are now beginning to reach out again.  Here is what we are looking for.  Price range under $100,000.  Land with some character (not the flat gravel to the east of Tucson.) View of something nice.  It must have electric, water and gas.  We will not live in a HOA.  Neighborhood should be safe and have comparable homes being built (we plan between 500-750,000.) It would be nice to have utilities buried, but not a deal killer if not.  If you know of any lots that fit this bill, please let us know.  Also let us know if we are just dreaming.  Thank you, Steve Bailey
