Nestler’s current designations include Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Relocation Specialist. Her primary specialty is relocations and investment properties. She enjoys working with buyers who are moving to Tucson from different cities, states and countries.

A native of Germany, Nestler moved to Tucson with her husband in 2006 and earned her real estate license in March 2007. She decided to become a REALTOR® while in the process of purchasing her home during her move to Tucson. She became intrigued with real estate, investing in and selling homes, and helping people make their home in Tucson.
Nestler has a B.A. in Business and Marketing. When she isn’t working, Cornelia Nestler enjoys traveling, SCUBA-diving, and cycling. She is involved with El Tour de Tucson and is a former Board Member of the Newcomers Club of Tucson and Tucson Ambassador.
