Already a market leader in residential real estate throughtout Arizona, Tucson-based Long Realty Co. is expanding its footprint in the West Valley area of greater Phoenix as one of its franchised offices merges with a prominent local brokerage.

Under the merger agreement, Long Realty West Valley—an independently owned and operated franchise company launched in 2009—is acquiring Tempus West Valley Realty, which will continue operations under the Long Realty West Valley brand.
On March 1, Tempus West Valley Realty will become Long Realty West Valley Sun City.

Long Realty West Valley
Owner/Designated Broker
An active-adult-community specialist, Tempus West Valley Realty fields some four dozen sales professionals. Added to the 156 already on board at Long Realty West Valley’s two offices—Long Realty West Valley Sun City and Long Realty West Valley Surprise—the merger yields a workforce of more than 200 agents.
All those agents have been busy—and effective. “We couldn’t be more excited,” said Ann Sullivan, vice president of Long Realty franchise sales and support. “The combined total of closed sales in 2020 for the two companies is almost $550 million.” Renee Gonzales, Long Companies CEO adds, “This merger gives us a huge market share all at once, especially in Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand. The area has experienced tremendous growth, and this magnifies our ability to grow along with it.”
“I’ve worked with a number of Tempus agents as far back as 2002,” said Gordon Nichols, owner and designated broker for Long Realty West Valley. “We have a great relationship, and a lot of mutual respect. That makes for an easy transition.”
The entire cadre of Tempus personnel will make the move to Long Realty, Nichols said, and will continue working out of its current office, albeit with new Long Realty signage. The office is in Sun City at 10220 W. Bell Road, Suite 103.
